Naeun is a really classy person with a beautiful heart and she’s also very strong. Naeun kept silent about everything and just took in all the blame, she could’ve said that she couldn’t join because the comeback was delayed due to chorongs fake scandal but she didn’t want to hurt anyone so she just let all those people say bad things about her.. Naeun has always been loyal to Apink. Don’t be so eager to dismiss her. If you look at some of the past promotional videos from 2015- until now she always looked so tired. But she was up for any challenge from RM to Idol challenges. She is a real pro and I really miss her! She is not just a pretty face but a great dancer, hilarious comedian and has a beautiful voice!

I think I watched in a korean youtube video somewhere. It was explained that Naeun tried to not accept castings way before their comeback to make time for the promotion and stuff but then a bullying scandal involving Chorong surfaced and the comeback got postponed and delayed. Then after months and months of inactivity Naeun was forced to accept castings because she is now an actress in YG and not an idol of Play M. Then to our surprise the Apink comeback pushed through that's why the conflict in schedule for their comeback promotion happened. All in all Naeun was the victim but she's the one suffering.

In my 9 years as a Pinkpanda, this is probably one of the most toxic moments of the fandom. Some fans are blaming Naeun and some fans are throwing hate on the 5 members when 2 of them mentioned their former member, Yookyung, in an IG live rather than Naeun. Funnily enough, a lot of them have only been a fan for a couple years. These are completely disgusting attitudes. We will not tolerate this kind of behavior, especially throwing hate on *any* of the members especially Naeun who left the company, putting so much on her shoulder.

Some korean pandas were really toxic even before, we, pandas know that. Actually, I saw a lot of fans supporting Naeun, especially international fans. Yes, they hope that Naeun was there to promote but they understand why she can't. Wishing and hating are different things. Most of the comments I see were wishing she was there but not hating her because they understand why she's not able to do so.

Because Naeun couldn’t have made a joint decision with YG, at all? It’s not like that’s never happened. She could have easily gone along with what YG planned, agreeing with it, without admitting it to the other company or the public. These schedules don’t happen instantaneously, they take months and sometimes years. These companies booking Naeun don’t and won’t wait for her to finish her personal manners before taking their contract and Nauen and YG and Apink and their company know this. Comebacks are delayed all the time internally. They don’t get a set date right out of the gate, hence the conflicting schedule. YG would have had her schedules lined up before the date was even made for the comeback. She most likely didn’t negotiate, due to lack of care or ability to do so, the contract and made room for Apink’s work. And that’s her fault whether Naeun did it intentionally or not. If Apink was such a concern, she wouldn’t have joined YG unless they accepted her terms. She signed with YG and their staff is accepting her, working tirelessly to get her gigs so YG can make a profit and Nauen can make a profit. She can’t make any money if she sits back from YG and does Apink promotions, which means YG can’t make any money. This should be a blessing, but ofcourse the kpop fandom immediately jumps to the “YG bad” posture as per normal, without the true understanding of how companies work. Again, this habit of nit picking when to apply knowledge previously discussed and known, rears it’s head once more. YG has zero blame in this. *Naeun* went to them to make *her* more successful. *She* needs YG and YG is doing what *she* has asked of them. Many of the scheduled gigs, if with other company’s, will drop her for the mere mention of re-scheduling because they don’t want to have complications. In addition, as a new YG client, she has to lead with a good reputation. This means no rescheduling, not being late, not being exhausted from other work that has nothing to do with YG. If the shoe were on the other foot, Apink’s company would have done the same thing. These are simply children commenting on business dealings they know nothing about. Frankly Nauen’s words mean nothing because the culture of kpop fans have destroyed the careers of idols for much less. Idols will jump to pander to the kpop “fans” the moment the “fans” find something controversial. And by “controversial” that means something that doesn’t align with their logic, their morals or their mood for that day. Instead of fans embracing Nauen and her new journey, they want to, as per normal, tear her down as if this truly inconveniences Apink. This doesn’t end Apink and this doesn’t end the company. This is another excuse to act as if kpop is coming to an end, simply because a human decided to leave their group to focus on herself. It isn’t the fault of YG and the companies they work with for valuing their time more than others.

I understand that fans are disappointed that Naeun could not be part of this comeback. This is probably not going to be an one time thing though. Naeun is now part of a different company doing work in a different field. Ofcourse she has her schedule. She is trying to do her best to still do both, being a member of Apink and an actress, but you can not expect her to do all the activities at the same time and withouth a set plan. That is just inhuman. It must've sucked when she got so many offers as an actress under YG and to decline all of them, eventhough she wants to focus on her acting career and still has to find her way with her new company. It must've felt like a huge burden on her shoulders to balance between actress and idol. The fact that the comeback didn't even happen, must've been hard on her too. I feel sorry for Naeun. The fans that came for her, were way too harsh. I hope she still loves what she does and does what she loves to do. Fighting! :)

I know it’s a little snippets and clips but from those “snippets” and “clips” can show a lot of a person behaviour. It’s not even just a pink official yt but hayoung also posted her vlog. Naeun seems to be only talking to hayoung and Chorong only. When seen in their yt vid, mostly u can see naeun is mostly alone. Previous MVs, they had a huge bond and always joked with each other bts but not this particular comeback. It is obvious in the change of behaviour towards naeun. And lastly, I’m not talking about the official apink social media acc. I know it’s not ruled by them. But at least make an effort to mention naeun during their promotions. I don’t think this is a too much to ask because if other idols can respect their other members from being absent from the group and try to include the member that is missing, I think apink is capable of that since they’re a 11y old group. But they didn’t even mention at least “one of our member is missing, naeun” and this goes on from jessishowterview and many other more. They will only mention naeun once the MC makes naeun a topic. If other idols can do it, they could do it. It’s not an excuse to not being able to mention your member that is not able to promote with you. Yge does things their way and they don’t like inconveniences from anything otherwise they totally cancel them. This has always been a problem starting with Big Bang but most importantly with 2ne1. How many times where plans cancelled for the group as a whole? Countless! They would scrap songs marked for singles and even threw away entire albums. This was because yg wanted to keep them in check all the time. They did this for CL too and really screwed her over the most. She signed with an American label, got to know and work with producers everywhere but YG had a fit and didn’t let her solo promote because 2ne1 was supposedly coming back. Yeah….where was that? The only one who might get away with anything like this is Big Bangs TOP because it’s Big Bang and the members have that much power over yge. They could not let Naeun have no solo activities for this time, she is an actress under YG and probably has a ton of offers, she needed to work. The timing was unfortunate, but they had no control over it. IST scheduled a comeback kind of last minute, with a lot of promotions when Naeun was busy, it seems normal was not able to drop (again) all her activities to join. It's unfortunate, but it's just bad timing. IST deleted every mention / promotion that Naeun did work on is dogdy AF.

Naeun's main occupation right now is being an actress and there's nothing wrong with that. Let her grow and do what she wants. She has no obligation to do the promotions because she's not signed under their company anymore. Y'all have to jump and blame the company just because it's not the idol's fault. There's no one at fault here, it's just a conflict on schedule. Some things just doesn't work out and there are sacrifices. Naeun have to sacrifice her group promotion schedules since she already signed a contract and already has fixed schedule for the drama. The production team for her drama can't just adjust all her schedule because it will affect the schedule of other actors as well. Y'all know that this kind of setting is hard. YG on the other hand, have to fix her schedule with her group and her projects. That means they have to go back and fort, talking to both her former company and to production team for her drama, negotiating the demands of both party. Most of fans talk like they know business. YG is in the middle, I'm pretty sure that they're trying to help Naeun but she's signed under them as an actress. If the production team for her drama didn't agree with her demands in changes of her schedule(she have scenes with other actors so they have to consider their schedules as well) YG will have to make a decision on which schedules will she drop between her schedules for her drama or schedules for her group promotion. Naeun is signed under them as actress, so their gains as company will come from her drama projects. Her occupation as a singer and member of Apink is he personal agenda that YG prolly agreed upon negotiating her contract. They will let her participate in her group music and help her if they can but her priority is her acting because she is an actress under their company.

Im just grateful that despite all odds Apink still made a comeback with all 6 members. As a pink panda, I appreciate all the hard work of all the Apink members have dedicated to this comeback to be able to show and reciprocate their love and gratefulness to all pink pandas. I do miss seeing Naeun perform on stage, but as a pink panda I choose to understand the circumstances of the current situation despite all the different sides/opinions being shared on the matter. I would not let any of those affect how I appreciate and enjoy Apink's latest comeback just like how the Apink members keep their strong bond together. Naeun didn’t look happy last 3 comebacks. I remember when they started making her wear dresses that barely covered her private area, you could see her pulling it down constantly, (%% era, I think), trying to cover herself. Giving little ridiculous moment saying the member didn't treat Naeun well or something... I don’t think it’s anyone’s mistake. YG signed her as an actress so they will obviously emphasise and ask her to concentrate more on her acting career. She is a independent music artists but her basic schedules will be managed by her manager. I personally think it’s just timing. She is very busy with ongoing drama , new drama and several commercials. She would have signed contracts for these several months ago and she cannot drop it suddenly. If she were to participate in music shows she would have been very exhausted. Tho I think YG is really incapable of managing its idols. It’s not bad with its actors. YG has turned several of its models into successful actors. YG is able to pull in big drama offers for naeun that’s probably why she joined YG. When Naeun joined YGE, of course the would ask her(or anyone else) to cut ties with another company. Knowing that there would be conflict. For me as a panda, this supposed not a big issue, Naeun has a conflicting sched which is understandable and it is not the fault of the girls, things happen like that sometimes, just accept it. The *frustrating* part of this whole thing is Allkpop. If you look on articles on Allkpop relating to Naeun and scroll down to the comments, you'll notice that there are so many negative comments saying Naeun is hurting Apink and that Naeun has to leave Apink. That's not the only frustrating part. The frustrating part is that the negative comments are mass upvoted and positive ones were mass downvoted. I mean, it is just Allkpop, so it is expected, but that doesn't make it less frustrating. I almost me believe that this must be the work of an organization dedicating to hating Naeun and only allowing negatively towards Naeun. Having their own hate comments be mass upvoted and looking for positive comments to mass downvote just to prove hating on Naeun is good. Yeah, that's definitely a group of people banding together to hate on Naeun, saying that she should leave the group and that she is becoming a burden to the group. And for what?
