1st year syllabus is mostly theory and foundation courses. No heavy practical are needed. And since it is mostly generic subjects, qualified and employable staff should be available in the market dime a dozen. Theory classes should be possible in make shift rooms while finishing touches still happening. No?

15% is all India quota Which every student can fill into Including students from Nagaland if his/her score is high in our Nagaland medical college.. Nagaland will also have our central pool quota and North east quota which will be allotted Outside state.

@Chhota Bheem ka bara bhai I'm from Northeast. I enjoy no quotas, no reservation and have competed pretty well I would say. Have passed out from IIM Shillong based only on merit. Lots of others like me. I am still from Guwahati which has better facilities now(Not in 90's when I grew up)..there are a lot of people with 0% reservation who come from absolute backward areas with abysmal facilities that have shone in the national and international arena with sheer hard work and determination.
