The Smokey Mountain Roll sounds very much like the Philadelphia Roll we have up here in New York!

@@donaldleewarner3868 Well that is the thing with sushi the rolls are all just made up names except for the California roll. They can all be good though.

Mom never fed us shrimp, scallions, lobster or any other type of seafood, so because of that I am loath to try any of it. But that vegetarian grill platter that Veronica had had me drooling. And the rice looked really good, too. I must remember when I pass Japanese restaurants when I'm looking for a place to eat, that I can get dishes like Veronica's. Thanks for the video, it was informative.

@@KarenFloyd-z3v Hi Karen. Our Mom did not cook any shell fish I can remember but she would cook the fish we caught out of the river by our home. There is a lot of good vegetable dishes in Japanese food and noodle dishes also. Thanks for watching and sharing your experiences with us.

I'm not a fan of sushi. However, you guys made look pretty tasty ❤

@@gayemathis3318 It took us a log time to like Sushi. I was in Japan in 1981 and I didn’t eat any sushi there mostly noodle dishes. It was probably 2006 or so before we started eating sushi and enjoyed it. Thanks for watching.
