LOL having crafters who can make these isn't the problem, I'm on a medium pop server and can craft 405 BS weapons which lots of people want, but the crafting system is confusing and no one knows how it works. So I advertise in trade channel and talk to dozens of people every day and make no sales because they ask how much it costs to craft it and I give them a price for crafting including the materials but then I have to explain the BoP material system which no one knows about and after that they are just like "but what is the price for you to provide EVERYTHING" and I keep having to explain that I can't provide everything and they need to go farm these materials and so no sales because no one knows this stuff.

they need to give us the option to reset our spent skill points at least one time. I had made so many mistakes because i wasn't really thinking about this, i was just unlocking what felt like i need. For instance, for my leatherworking i unlocked all mail armor but in order to do that i had to leave the specializations for each specific peace at 0, meaning i just unlocked it but because not enough points i couldn't invest fully into all of them. As a result now i can technically craft the entire set but i can't craft any of it at the highest tier no matter what i do so it would be great if we could reset our points so we can make changes if needed

Basically skill level and inspiration. Work synergistically. We cannot have enough skill to even craft the highest quality. That's why we need Inspiration to proc us up

I really like the new crafting system, but making most of the professions rely on sparks from other people to level up to 100, especially if you locked yourself without with certain specs (blacksmith tool crafter gets shafted heavily, I can only progress my skill above 67 with tool crafts from artisans mettle. I would effectly require to spam the trade chat all day every day to get the opportunity to craft something). Of course, this all becomes irrevelant, as soon as unlimited sparks become available, but right now, you can literally softlock on low skill levels with many specializations. It feels really unbalanced right now.

Very important to put the points in the right thing, however people already fucked it up super hard. I'm now literally 40 skill (and probably about 2 months behind) because I picked the wrong skills to start (disenchanting).

There's nothing wrong with going for disenchanting as your focus. You'll get loads more mats than other enchanters. Just dont expect to craft BIS items. Sell the mats you get from disenchanting.

Warning, most JC shouldn't spec into crafting neck! Unless they buff the drop rate for the elemental lariat, or you already won the recipe lottery, speccing neck is wasted time effort and profession knowledge. The drop rate is currently extremely low for the recipe. Probably actually one in a hundred thousand chance.

@naguura sorry to tell you this, but you are hard off on the "guaranteed q5". As a weapon smit you can NOT guarantee a q5 with embelishment+stats+Mythic upgrade. I'm full maxed on all the relevant knowledge points and I'm missing 20 points skill when I use an insight and all materials are provided on q3. For quality 5 crafts on mythic you will need to recraft it until you get proc luck and so far nothing in the specialization trees can change that.

Inspiration is required for rank 5 items that have concetrated primal infusion+stats+embelishment. You will have to recraft till inspire procs.

It can drop from every mob that has the buff, but the drop chance is sub 1%. And the rare has the same chance AFAIK

Confirmed drops from the storm rares and other rares in the area, like Blisterhide, not basic mobs. My advice is give up trying to farm it, unless there's a blue post saying they buffed the drop rate. It's currently an insanely low drop rate, probably one in a hundred thousand chance, considering it can drop for any person regardless of their profession and there's probably less than 200 drops per region.

@@Naguura I'm not complaining about your video, rather that blizzard yet again made crafters feel like crap for only being able to make pointless stuff. You can only have (2) embellishments, and as long one is ever so slightly better than the rest, the rest will be worthless since they are not only bad luck protection, but you are now unable to even equip them. They also placed the incentive to craft, on the crafter rather than their supposed customers. Mats are more expensive than the gear they make, so crafters want others to pay for their skill up rather than anyone actually want what they are offering.

Sadly players who would like to fully focus on being pro-crafters are again forced into doing Raids or 15+ mplus keys, given the fact they only get a very limited amount of the main upgrade material... its just sad. The crafted items will be able to be upgraded again to the next seasons highest ilvl equivalent once it come out 👍 But yes, everything you do and farm now will be worse once the next season starts. But that's just how an MMO works
