POV cooking: it's Burger Day, but with a small grill 👌😊👍

Hi all, I'm preparing burgers on the temporary small grill in this episode. On the day, it felt hectic, but when I was editing, it seemed steady. Also, some of my team is on holiday this fourth night, so even though it is kinda quiet, it still feels busy. I hope you'll enjoy the content 👌😊👍

man, you can move. You do great work. Great videos as well. Your time management is some of the best I have ever seen. I cook chicken in the world's largest Shoprite supermarket, and it gets very hectic at times, especially when a product I make is on sale. I'm not a chef by any means, but watching your videos, makes me want to excel at my job and try to keep up with all the business. I precook them just before service, then cool them down in the blast chiller and keep them refrigerated, so I don't have to work with raw meat.the hand wash is far also cuts the cooking time during service 👌😀👍

My man, you need to do an American burger day. Heavily toasted bun, processed cheese slices, mayo, ketchup and pickles(real dill pickle slices, not fresh raw cucumber) on the bottom bun, slice of raw yellow onion between the patties, and top bun placed over the melted cheese.

@@ernestogastelum9123 I find bacon is an unnecessary filler in a burger. It doesn't add much to the taste or texture, and makes the burger less self-contained and harder to handle as you eat. The main textures are from the meat and toasted bun, and the main flavors are the sauce and cheese. Bacon is tertiary and takes away from the rest of the burger. It's also extra effort. Plus, the rashers they serve there would not go well on a burger.
