Chef trick that you might find helpful, is a lidded jar. Crack in the eggs, slip on the lid, and shake! Saved me so much time and gives a much better scramble!

Thank you for the demo on making the "cheese spread" in the South US I grew up eating Pimento Cheese - while the internet recipes include cream cheese along with sharp cheddar cheese, mayo and pimentos (garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper too) my Mom and grandmom never included the cream cheese. There are two main 'brands' here and one even makes a spicey version although I feel quite sure it is cayenne that is added to the basic mix. Yours has looked so good in the deli episodes I have been curious as to what it was... although I am not sure I will ever get buttering the bread first. Thanks Mr. T

I think I've figured it out.. You work at an airport (obvi in the staff kitchen)! My guess just because everyone's wearing reflective vests but very well dressed and clean people, so definitely not construction/road work as well as always hearing planes very close when outdoor cooking or unloading trucks!

When the egg shell gets in the eggs to be scrambled, take a piece of the egg shell & dip it in the eggs & the egg shell will draw out the pieces of egg shells in the eggs to be scrambled.
