This vanilla cake is easy to make and gives that Nigerian take on vanilla cakes because I used TAROONA MARGARINE.
For additional volume, cream margarine before adding sugar.
I used 250ml liquid full cream milk for this recipe . You can decide to reduce yours to 125ml based on preference.
There is a little twist of marbled chocolate and vanilla in this video and can be omitted if you do not want to include chocolate to your vanilla cake.

RECIPE
500g All Purpose Flour
350g White Granulated Sugar
398g Eggs without shell
500g Margarine
2tbsp Baking Powder
2tsp Vanilla Extract
125ml- 250ml Liquid milk (based on preference)
CHOCOLATE
40g High grade chocolate, melted over a double boil.
Leave to cool before use.
