Tilly should get to design your nails. Have her pick the colors, length, glitter, and shape. Like, put out 3 options for her and use whatever she goes to (and if she goes to all 3 colors/ glitters use all 3). You could use pictures for the shape and length. You can obviously can choose things that look nice together, so Tilly can't make a bad decision. Then give Grant all the same options.

Susie, I have noticed that once you shape and buff the nails you apply cuticle oil. You do say you wash the hands after that step. But do you wash them with soap and warm water or just water? Wouldn’t the soap add oils into your nails before you actually top coat it? Just wondering if those nails need a rougher surface for that top coat to grab onto the nail or not.
