I'm in Texas and I'm actually retired cosmetology Instructor and I originally started with nails and way back then things were really different, you had to build EVERY SINGLE NAIL, no tips. I found your channel and I was so excited that someone would show all that you show and explain I've actually started rethinking about my own. In doing cosmetology I unfortunately started having problems with my shoulder and fingers and that's why I retired but I would have my nails done. Here in DFW area I can only find Asian salons and they act like they do not understand what you are requesting so I stopped going. I saw you do the polygel and I was really interested and amazed and you were great so I went with your lead and I ordered it off Amazon. I had never heard or seen gel done professionally so I will use the product and let you know how it goes. I'm really excited about it. I can't stand the smell or the dust so I just can't wait. Thank you for all your sharing and lessons.

Hi Diana, I'm referring to a young woman that did nails and she had some very negative comments because thought Suzie was doing nails all wrong. I noticed that her comments to me were deleted because I can't find them. She kept on saying some very very negative things about me. Like I was low class and didn't know what I was talking about. on and on...I don't have time for know-it-alls. I guess I should have just ignored her.

💛 🧡 💜 💙 💚 This is an Absolutely Great Video. You don't realize the difference between Gel & Acrylic & you guys showed us the difference. Thank You Suzie @Nail Career Education For sharing the Knowledge we need to know when Sculpting an Acrylic Nail. I agree 💯% that Liquid to Powder Ratio is as o Important & regardless if we use 10 Beads or just 1 to sculpt a Nail, some people think they need to use a larger Brush & a lot of Products isn't the way to go. I have seen Videos where Nail Techs using a size 12 Brush & only putting on a very small Bead on the Nail. I think what is the point of having such a large Brush? Seriously, I would rather use a small Brush & 4 beads to try & sculpt a descent Nail than a Size 12 Brush trying to create a full Nail with 1 bead. If you can create a perfect Nail with 1 Bead, Great, but I would rather be safe & more precise.
