I like that you don't practice first. Seeing the mistakes beforehand allows DIY people like me to see what to watch out for. Keep showing us that even the pros make mistakes and have to practice. Love your videos and ig.

Oh yeah we need to practice a LOT! if anything, I feel more pressured to be more and more perfect, but I have realised that these edited images and nails that people spend endless hours creating are NOT real life as a nail tech. They have their place, but we cannot mix up salon nails, with artistic nails purely for media content. xx

I just noticed something in the still photo right at the end: this design always looks as if it's descending from the lightest color to the darkest color. The step-down look of it goes from the tip to the nail bed, backwards from Kylea's. I can't wait until someone goes for a full rainbow in this design! That's going to make for some really cool Pride nails this summer!

This is the first time I have seen this with polygel and gel polish. It is a smart move. Looks faster. Also because clear polygel can be a little frosty it is perfect for the shadowy effect. I like it a lot. Next time try bringing the clear past the color. Then filing and going into the next color. See if that creates even more shadow. 👍🏾

@NailsbySarahBurchett5 жыл бұрын
unfortunately not lovely. You need badge colour to have a cured top layer, so you can paint the next colour right up the wall of it. If I just paint the colours and then cap them, it will simply look like painted colours and not that cool step up effect. xx
