Nakaya and Namiki Fountain Pen Comparison

Nice comparison. So far I don't have either of these brands. I have a Taccia Winter's Breath and a Wancher Kyoto Opal Turquoise Ice. I really like pens with Raden too. I have my heart set on a Namiki Parrot and Peach because I love birds and have two pet Amazon parrots. The bird on the pen looks like an Amazon sitting in a peach tree. It is a bit out of my reach right now. I really like your black Cat Nakaya as I also have a little black cat named Kiki. I guess you can call those are my "Grail" pens, to be acquired, who knows when? 🤔

Excellent thoughts and comparison. Difficult to choose between the two. Looking at the budget, would probably prefer a Nakaya. 😁

Nakaya is a great choice! I partially lean towards Nakay as well. But, both are excellent choices. I just love the fact you can customise your pens with Nakaya!

www.sakurafountainpengallery.com/en is a superb shop in Europe! But I’d recommend buying Namiki direct from Japan, you’ll save a fortune! If you use Instagram there’s a number of shops I can recommend drop me a message! @penfriends_uk

They both are truly magnificent in their own way! I’ll be honest the screen printing did at first diminish the pen, but over time I’ve come to accept it and I dearly love it to bits!
