I've drove through Arkansas several times...and speeding on the interstate is quite-common, but in binge-watching a number of these clips lately, I'm convinced that there's a tear-out coupon in the front of the Arkansas Driver's Manual that says '20% off your first attorney fees, when used in conjunction with attempting to outrun law enforcement on any paved highway'...(clothes are OBVIOUSLY optional!)
