Congrats Sudhir.. You made a Valid point about constant upskilling, sizable savings thru a moderate lifestyle and move on if things are not in order. More people should adopt the above to prevent constant exploitation.

வேலை நேரத்துல மொபைல் யூஸ் பண்ணாம, வேலைக்கு சம்பந்தமில்லாத விஷயங்களை பிரவுஸ் பண்ணாம பணியில் மட்டும் கவனம் இருப்பவர்கள் பொதுவாக 7-8 மணி நேரங்களிலேயே super productiveஆ இருக்கிறார்கள். அவர்கள் வீட்டிலோ பயணத்திலோ சொந்த வேலைகளை முடித்துக் கொள்கிறார்கள். அவர்களால் சுலபமாக 9 மணி நேரத்திற்கு மேல் ஆபீசுக்குள் இருக்க மாட்டேன் என்று தைரியமாக சொல்ல முடியும்

ரொம்ப கரெக்ட், நான் எல்லாம் ரொம்பவே distract ஆகிவிடுவேன். ஆனா ஓவர் working அப்படின்னு crib பண்ணமாட்டேன், ஸ்ட்ரெஸ் ஆகமாட்டேன். Because I enjoy my work. If I do not enjoy I will change my boss or job or role. Embrace the change. Those who hesitates change will suffer.

Yes, When I was worked in EPAM, Hungary. Exactly one of the employee asked this question, shall I be there in the same level for more years. Management replied yes. In India, it is otherwise, they are projecting us - we aren't talented. Later I realised, most of the western countries, are following the same approach, as long as you are performing well in the same level, they are not bothering about for your promotion or next level

Overworking problems can be resolved by self only. We cant portray all employers force such overworking. The new generation is different and dont fall for any such tactics. Dont generalize and individual should take action on what is good for him or her

We have implemented in 2000 in a big organization. Direct owner , board of directors (investors) and employees. 100% automated company with no employees in management. Just need a Crystal clear company policy for each department is more than enough to implement this.
