All the points are 100% correct. Because I also built my house twice - same place but extended. Everything is really modern, except first floor design which could have been little better. That is dining inside the kitchen is bit unusual. Similarly the first floor look is not same as ground floor. But overall awesome house.

Your concept is good and simple and beautiful. No doubt. Let me add what you are doing in this year was actually done in a few places in the year 2002 itself . Smart home shud be bettered with a home without switches A Home without switch and control units can also set your home Hvac unit or your AC unit to work to the temp set in ur car.. while driving back.
