I am truly grateful that I have found your channel, I have been wanting to learn more practices to aid my spirituality and I am new to Yoga so this is perfect for me. I just viewed your channel and the content within. I can see that those I came across were all from 3 years ago. I am truly grateful you took the time to help explain, it is helping me as I am certain it will help others with the same curiosity and not knowing where to find this type of knowledge! Thank you, thank you, thank you. I am truly grateful and send much love! ❤❤❤

Thank you for your priceless teachings. I feel indeed the 'mind-silence' in the breath-pause as you describe. Will this eventually also decrease the mind-chatter throughout the day (which is what I'm after)? Also, in the past I used to do what you said not to do: holding my breath deliberately for prolonged time while holding my body absolutely still, and this at night when it is almost absolute silent. I found this sometimes brought me the strong spiritual experience that my self/consciousness is not bound to the body (which was exactly the reason why I did this). However, I found that this would cause my breathing to sometimes just stop while I'm sleeping, giving me the sensation that I'm suffocating, then waking up gasping for air as if I was coming to the water surface after almost drowning. These were very unpleasant and scary experiences which is why I stopped doing these 'holding my breath' exercises. Does this sound familiar? Is there a proper 'stop breathing' technique which does not have such nasty side-effects?
@NamasteYoga333 Жыл бұрын
Anything that you comes gradually and naturally lasts long without any side effects. Just keep practicing pranayamas followed by meditation (keeping your focus on the third eye) You cannot rush spiritual growth!

Dear nadam, Please make video on how to clear block nostril. How long it be in clear nostril
@NamasteYoga3333 жыл бұрын
Usually occasional nose blockage gets cleared up just by doing Pranayama. But if it is a consistant problem then you need to dig deeper. May be you are having Vata disbalance. Do you wake up with lots of mucus in the morning? Try reducing the dairy intake in your diet and do jal neti in the morning. It would be a good idea to talk to an Auyrveda consultant. It would be really hard for me to make a video on this as the reason for block nostril for every person would be different.

i am unable to focus on studies because of mind chattering
@NamasteYoga3334 ай бұрын
Set a timer, study for 10 minutes only then if you were able to focus those 10 minutes then treat yourself with something that you like. Like training an animal with a treat. Slowly increase the time. Keep practicing pranayamas kzbin.info/www/bejne/o5fGqoiZlMd7eZo

Should we hold breath after exhaling completely or hold it right after inhalation at the end of Bhastrika, hold rechak or kumbakh?. Kindly clarify, Thank you, mam 🙏
@NamasteYoga3334 ай бұрын
You will not have to hold it forcefully as explained in the video. Right after bhastrika (which will end after your last exhale), just relax and observe the sensations in your body. If you are practicing it right then the retention will happen automatically.
