18 US code 1512...aka, "witness tampering", which is punishable with up to 20 years in prison. I think of the AA prosecutors whenever I hear about it. I mean, so many of the witnesses will even say "I was told not to say such-and-such", and everyone just sort of shrugs their shoulders to it. XD

To be fair, I don’t think that’s all that weird. I read astronomy textbooks when I was in elementary school. Granted, that kind of behavior doesn’t get you many friends, but eventually kids are bound to have a normal interest. (He got into Signal Samurai, I got into Pokémon.)

not to ruin your fun, but in common law (US Ireland, the UK, Australia etc.) latin IS part of the law. The one you probably have at least heard of is habeus corpus (show me the body) more or less a prisoner arguing their incarceration is unlawful
