None. Summoned monsters getting a name is ancient (as knowing demons true name lets you command them and banish them at will in the name of whatever god you have). Tsukimichi was written first, and Tensura was written later, even though Tensura got animated first and Tsukimichi later, looks like some very beloved classics were left for later. SAO is a curious example of how a rookie writer got 2 animes in a row (Accel World being the first btw) but other heavily worldbuilt fantasies were left for later. Perhaps because SAO's premises and world are easier to explain in like, five minutes?

They aren't dumbing down the Anime aswell so I assume they have atleast 2 seasons worth of OK from the producer. I just hope Japan recognizes this one as one of the best Isekai Stories next to Mushoku Tensei and pushes it to more than 2 Seasons thanks to sales and views.
