NAMOKI’S Ultra Thin Miyota SKX Case - My first impressions

Here are my first impressions of NAMOKI’S brand new NMK948 Miyota SKX case. It’s a faithful homage to the SKX but … it’s built to take a Miyota 9 series movement! This means it is far slimmer than a case which can take the usual 7S26 or NH36 movements by Seiko. At just 11mm including the bezel its proportions are up there with the best.
I have bundled the case together with the bespoke AndoAndoAndo Spokes Dial, blue dauphine hands, a turquoise and black sapphire bezel insert and a blue leather strap for a truly bespoke build. Enjoy the video. If you’re an experienced watch builder* I invite you to pick up a bundle of parts for yourself and join me in a build in the new year.
*The AndoAndoAndo dial only has feet for a 3o’clock crown position. Since this case has a 4o’clock crown, it means that we are going to go with a dial-dot dial installation. I would recommend this only for more experienced watch builders.

I think that is STILL the case. But 11mm for something homaging the SKX is ultra thin for this style. Thank you for the comment
