Great - many thanks for the setup details. I was thinking of going 3s for better thermal performance, but your 4s setup sure looks like fun. Is it a new kit or old? Still not seen that wing graphics before. Cheers

3S for lower weight? not neccessary.. my flying weight is about 1650g (36,7g/dm²) and it thermals like a charm! I'm gonna make a wingjoiner out of steel (+400g or so) to have even more fun in good thermal conditions :-) this kit is from 2015 do you have a different wing design?

Mine is 2016. But all the designs I've see have diagonal stripes on the wing tips. Mine comes with a carbon wing joiner which should be strong enough. How many climb outs do you get from that battery on 4s? cheers

I didn't count the climbs. I'll make a log next time then I can check it exactly.. sure the carbon joiner is strong enough but I want to add weight ;-)
