Oh, Shelby how I wish I would have made some videos of my grandmother while she was cooking before she passed away. This is pure gold. I would give anything to have more time with my southern grandmother in the kitchen before I lost her. I miss all of her delicious recipes that I didn’t get from her before she left us all of the meals she made us. It’s all gone now. You are so smart to record this. This is so precious. ❤️

Easier to put flour and seasonings in a large zip loc bag, put beef in and shake it up. Remove beef and sit on a plate until oil is hot.
