Nice work mate, you should fill them crevices with water and suck them out. Bunnings sells a good little sucker in plumbing section that works a treat. Just need to put a hose on the end and cut the little grate inside end out. Only $13 it's called kinetic suction pump drain cleaner 👍

Hey Smokey I went back up there today was bloody hot and not a drop of water any where not to worry I drove down that track no way I'm walkind that track haha, you must of ventured down the river more I couldn't find that bed rock ill be heading back up in a couple of months when it cools down do a weekend camp trip

Hi Owen, yeah it can get cool in winter so we like to wear them when it gets colder. We are a soft bunch when it comes to colder temps haha. 👍👍

Gumboots (welly boots) are a bit hot in summer compared to thongs (flipflops), but they offer a bit of protection against snakes (and sharp sticks on the sides). No metal in them, so a cut-down pair is also not bad for metal detecting in. P.S Yeah, Smokey is right, we're sooks when it comes to the cold lol.

i wonder if there is any gold still in the creeks around Woolooga/ Calgoa area, i was around there many years ago and found a few abandoned mines that had old stampers and boilers must have been some gold out of them for that kind of set up

Hi Tracey, if you put the coordinates I listed in the video into google it will guide you straight to that location in Nanango. If you don’t know how to do that the creek is called Yarraman creek. 👍👍
