I love Hot and Spicy foods, I make a great Salsa with Habanero peppers, and have been thinking of making Habanero Creamcheese Poppers with my fryer. I believe in the video, you were trying to explain the "Level" of heat the place offered, I like to explain the heat in 2 types, Challenge hot, and Flavor hot. Once you go over a certain level of heat with peppers, the flavor begins to take a back seat to the "Challenge" level of heat and the flavor of the peppers takes over. For me, thats great for those "Hey I dare you" moments, but for a good Tasting, sit down and eat with friends, you want a Balanced level of heat, one that tingles and has Zest, yet does not overpower the Flavor of the foods the peppers were added to.
