I am loving these dainty looking nankhatais. I have already made nankhatais twice this season and now will make your version too. Soaking pistachios before chopping surely is a good idea to prevent them from burning while baking. 👌Happy festivities 🎉

Love the overall colour of the nankhatai. Like your tip on soaking the nuts before adding on top. Mine always get burned. Have to give nankhatai a try with ghee as I usually make them with butter.

Sounds great! You will love them for sure. This is the traditional Sindhi way of making them. These days we have many variations with the addition of sooji or besan.

Thanks for the tip of soaking and using the pistachios. Mine always blacken. Will make some next week I need some for our cookie jar. Loved the colour of your nankatai will use icing sugar I use powdered sugar.
