I've got just over an hour. Tested zoom set books up on my coffee table to get the height I needed to interview from my living room. I'm a bit nervous because of it being a video but I'm so stoked! :)

My mom is very good and professional to be Nanny but she cannot communicate in English. Is there any way for her to still apply for this job?

If she wants to work in Canada she will need to be able to communicate in English.

If you have a pet that you share the space with, let the interviewer know. Just a nice heads up in case a tail wags around the camera. :)

Even better, if possible put all pets in a separate room so they are not a distraction during your interview.

Use a computer for video interviews. Then you aren’t jiggly. Put it on a table. Bam. Easy

Not everyone has access to a computer. A phone is fine as long as it is stable.
