Just played my first hour and can confirm that none of the three types I’ve found ever attacked us, except once when we stayed close to an upright one too long and he hit kelvin, but we ran away and he didn’t chase us. The crawling ones throw rocks sometimes but I don’t think they actually hurt you lol
