This is a traditional soup in Korea. You could ask anyone in Korea and they know exactly what you are talking about. It’s a great healthy meal and full of collagen! It is paired perfectly with kimchi, so get your pot and make yourself some. Things you need!
MATERIALS:
cutting board 도마
knife 칼
big pot 큰냄비
strainer 체반
fine sieve 고운채반
brush 솔
tongs 집게
measuring cups & spoons 계량컵 & 스푼
FOOD:
beef leg bone 사골
water 물
brisket 양지
dasida 다시다
salt 소금
green onion 파
ground garlic 간마늘
black pepper 후추
plain noodles or glass noodles 소면 또는 당면

I love how you show the difference between the first second and third boiled broth instead of just telling us to do it 3 times. It lets us to understand the impact of our own decisions of whether to boil more or not.

One more question...when the water evaporates about half way, you said to add more. How much more? Should I fill it up to the same level I started at?
