I grew up listening to Fleetwood Mac as a kid and nothing can every replace the memories of spending time it with my mom listening to their songs. I remember this song in particular because it was my brother's first break up song. Years later, hearing such a young and talented voice singing this song reminded me of why I loved it in the first place; she brings her own passion, fire, and youth to the song and I can't even compare the two versions to each other without disrespecting the individuals and all their hard work they put in the song. The original has so much memory attached to it, but this cover also makes me feel young and alive again, her voice is simply amazing. Thanks to this song, I decided to continue with the show; I love both singers equally.

Actually , they do. and as everyone has already told you , Glee is all about doing covers . And personally I think it's a compliment that Someone thinks your songs are so great that he put them in his TV Show . and u realize that it helps the artists too, for example Journey's song " Don't Stop Believin' had a boost thanks to Glee and new younger audience is discovering the 80's and 90's hit songs that I think they would never know about without Glee

The whole point of glee is to do covers, sure, they don't always announce the ownership of the song but they never imply that its's there. Especially on tribute episodes where they celebrate the music of that particular artist

Everybody should keep in mind because of Glee most of the Artists have higher sell numbers on iTunes. It is advertisment what Glee is doing. They pay a lot of money to do such a good music and in the end it is a tribute and thats what the actors and actresses are saying all the time in interviews. Glee is not about competing with the original, it is about reminding people about such great songs, or even introducing them. iTunes is best proof for that :) (I am sorry for my bad english :D)

I wish the video versions matched this vocal version in length. Many will say no other rendition will match the original Fleetwood Mac version, but this is pretty damn good! Too bad Lea's solo career hasn't been as dynamic as her Glee singing career. Must be the new writers!
