I really don't think that Scooter and Cold know just how many lives their music has saved. I'm one of them. I just want to thank them for everything. Their music, their words, their love. Cold has been my favorite band since 2001. I'm 40. So practically all my life. Still is. I just LOVE the last album. I didn't think Scooter had another one in him. Turns out he did. And it's more than I could hope for. That said, "Run" by Snow Patrol is one of the best songs ever written imho. Don't get me wrong, I love the Cold version, but for me, listening to the original, is a unique heart breaking experience. Many have tried, some came close, but all have failed to match the emotion that Gary Lightbody pours into this song. It doesn't surprise me one bit Scooter choose this masterpiece as their cover for this album.

Cold is more then just a band; more then music. Cold is a movement of love and compassion for music and the fans that listen. Cold saved my life more times then I can count and every time I feel down, Cold lifts me up! Scooter has a way with words and Sam and the band have a way of playing from the soul. I miss Jeremy, Terry and Kelly, but the new band mates still hold that Cold soul and vibe! Everyone I have introduced to Cold has fallen in love with them, and I tell them “I see you’ve been bitten by the Cold spider as well now huh?” Because once u listen to them, you’re a Cold fan forever. This is one of my favorite songs on the new album. Perhaps, in the entire Cold discography. This has the melody and emotion I love, but its more uplifting than the typical Cold song. In this case, that's a good thing. So glad you're becoming so much more versatile of a musician. I like it heavy, spacey, and angsty too, but I dig this.
