I love this interview, she is great but I am sorry I do not agree that Open Houses were created to give exposure to the property. No, no! This was in the 1800’s with no internet. You all know that Open Houses are not visit by qualified buyers and you use your clients home - as your office - to attract your future clients. Simple as that. I can see another lawsuit about that.
