My older sister is a narcissist. I remember one time I was praying before family dinner, and she was snickering at the prayer. I thought that odd. But not for a demon. She put my pet birds in a situation where they could have died had I not come home when I did. Her manipulations were unGodly. Once, when her daughter wasn't at Christmas dinner filth poured from her mouth...words I had never heard and she wouldn't stop despite our protests.Then once I told her I would be happy to watch her disabled husband if she wanted to have lunch with a friend. The voice that said "Oh no" wasn't hers, and neither was her face. I had thought previously she was just mean, but I saw and heard the demon. I left her home immediately. Recently, she said some very ugly things to me, and I told her I could no longer have a relationship with her. At this point, for the first time, I was filled with rage at the way she had treated me. A few nights later, while in bed, I felt a heavy evil presence in my room. I got out of bed and walked around the room, and prayed. It hasn't been back. I know she sent it. And I know now that demons I have encountered in the past have been sent by her. I am 14 years younger than her, and she has always resented me... done mean things, caused me incredible stress. I am thankful to be free of her now and have peace.

I have watched podcasts where people say they ended up in psychiatric hospital when actually they were having a spiritual awakening. I never realised until now I was too. My sister visited an exorcist to have him pray on her to remove any evil over her as a joke but what she did not expect was the evil was WITHIN her. What came out shocked me to the core, which made sense bc she’s been a narcissist all her life. The demon was a female and made a home in my sister when my sister was a child and went through a traumatic event in her life. The exorcist needed more sessions to remove the demon but my sister refused to go back saying the demon protects her….my sister’s behaviors have since gotten worse. You can’t remove their demons unless they want to remove them. There is nothing like seeing one talk to you in person for you to believe that narcissism is a spiritual disease, that’s why they all have the same playbook. That saddens me but i know its true. Ive been praying for my daughter in law who i believe has a demon. She has the same playbook as my ex husband who i realized had a demon after i left him. Exactly it was a spiritual war. I am of God and he was of Satan as well as his family all narcissists. I felt it all. They crushed my soul after 20 years of marriage. I almost burst into tears when you said soul fatigued or soul tired. You nailed how I feel and have felt for over 20 years. I’m stuck with mine until I get these children raised or until God gets me out of it. I pray all the time for relief and a way out but that hasn’t happened yet. We are too far in debt right now with an 11 and 13 year old. I’m unable to work and I’m 65. Praying for relief, for a way out. He barely acknowledges my presence. Half or more of the time when I try to engage him in conversation I’m just ignored. I can’t keep doing this. I’m lost. I went to church alone this morning because he didn’t get up and the kids weren’t up. So I got ready and went alone. He’s an adult. If I don’t go to church then he doesn’t. Hello Danish, Thanks for your video. I wanna share my experience with you. I’m married with this man I met in 2017, we got married 2 years later and have two children. Since the beginning, he gave me some red flags that I just didn’t want to see. My family warned me, but you know, I would always say that he was tired, stressed out… 6 months after we met, we had our first big fight. And still, I refused to see the truth. After our first son was born, during the pandemic, he’s changed. He became the worst version of himself. Yelling, shifting the blame onto me for the silliest things, belittling me. I used to fall for his game every single time and instead of solving a situation within minutes of mature dialogue, he would just throw right into my face things that were completely out of the main subject and I would end our discussion (3 hours later) apologizing for all sorts of things imaginable, and later I would just sit and say “God, what did just happen?”. It was so confusing. Over time and with the help of my psychologist I learned how to identify his game. And his tactics. And what I thought was so unpredictable is very much the same old shit. So nowadays when he wants to start a fight I say “listen, I know what you are trying to do, but I am not falling anymore, I have other things to do, bye” and last time I did it, he sounded possessed, clapping at me and yelling “ooohhh congrats, you won this time, are you happy?????” Sometimes he yells at me out of nothing and I just calmly look at him and say “I don’t tolerate this behavior, therefore I’m not listening to you any longer”, and it makes mad. Because before he used to have his supply and nowadays I can have the strength to stop him. Our oldest son sometimes tells him “stop yelling at mom, dad!” 😢 I don’t have the strength to leave him, at least not for the moment, it took me years to be able to face him, it will probably take some more to have the strength to get out of this toxic relationship. Hi! I've been there, where you are now! I left my husband three years ago and he's having his revenge now. I know for sure that God is protecting me but believe me, the night before I was leaving (I ran away with my three babies) I felt like a child who's going to Disneyland the next day! I wasn't able to sleep because of the JOY of all things I would be able to do after I'd be set free: take my kids to play to lovely playgrounds, meet with friends and family, have a coffee with my mom, even have my own schedule back. I had a lot of skin issues, and they were gone in some months, my creativity came back, I started a little business... yes, he's taking his revenge anyway he can. He stopped talking to me for a year, never made an action towards his children, and a year later he sued me saying I've forbid him to be close to his kids. We've been in courts for two years. It's been very hard, of course, but my brother in law is with me, he knows what we're dealing with. We definitely need courage to fight for our lives, but yes, for the kids we need to take the decision to leave. If there's something good and loving we can do for our husbands is to tell them the truth: they're abusers. And if they can't bare to face that truth, we'll have to move away from them until they open their eyes... if they ever want to. But they will never want to do that if we keep coping with them. Before being around them, going into their house or book studies, I pray that all the evil spirits in them are bound during our time together. I suspected one lady in our group was. We meet every week for 2 hours. She talked to much, eyes got really big when talking, taking over the group. I suspected she had spirits. But it's different than with the narcissist who will not stop even when you say that you are tired and don't have the energy to listen to them. I guess the way to spot the difference is, that autistic person is enthusiastically speaking about a special interest of theirs, f.e. about a book they think is fantastic or a nature documentary they just saw recently or a deep hobby of theirs. While narcs just talk and talk and talk without necessarily even saying anything, OR they talk about themselves endlessly - but not as a way of reflection and getting feedback like people sometimes do. And I guess that energy is very different too. Still, I wanted to tell that, cos sometimes people may think that some autistic traits are the same as with narcissist. They are not - with narcissist those black eyes and the rage if they get interrupted is a big tell tale sign. Autistic people get embarrassed and apologise even if they did nothing wrong but simply didn't notice that the other person is not so much into the topic. Can still be very annoying of course, but not malignant. I hope people see - or rather, FEEL - the difference...it is huge. Been dealing with narcissistic people and just their presence is tiring...so tiring, it's not normal.

They try to hide but can't. It shows clear as day if you hoan in and look at them. When they walk away or leave the room, you can automatically sense it. You would inhale deep and long almost for like a sign of relief. Study their own energy to know the difference, if it is yours or someones else's. You know you are not that person and are trying hard to decipher it. I feel like I've had all my energy sucked out of my soul. I used to love going out and doing different activities, I used to go for meals with friends, go to the gym etc but since being with him I struggle to get out of bed, I'm mentally and physically tired all the time. I'm getting more and more ill, I have physical and mental health issues. He never wants to do anything and always puts me down if I suggest going anywhere or doing anything. There are many different signs. These include spending time on phone that was not spent previously, withholding sex from you, withdrawing in communication with you, agitation or anger over Petty stuff or making up situations to get angry or agitated over, lying, being secretive in any way, randomly spending more time caring for and pampering oneself such as putting on makeup or wearing cologne or coloring hair etc. Any type of changed behavior that is not aimed at pleasing or benefiting your relationship. With all of that though, follow your gut. your gut is telling you that something isn't right and it's telling you that this could or is happening, therefore listen to it. Just Free yourself from all of it! Run and don't look back. Go 100% no contact. The mental and emotional abuse is not okay at all! Do not bring anything up to her. Don't try to rationalize or have a conversation about anything. Don't let her know that you know she's in narcissist. All of that can cause a narcissistic rage. If you have not yet witnessed one of those just trust me that you don't want to! A narcissistic rage is beyond any rage I have ever seen or witnessed in my entire life. I am an army combat veteran and served front lines for a year and afghanistan. I have abuse going back from as long as I can remember, the first time in my personal memory is 2 years old. With everything I have been involved in, and my rape, other sexual abuse, their physical abuse, etc in narcissistic rage is by far the worst! If you need to contact your local police department and start a new contact order. No one can protect you like you can! free yourself from it all and move forward in your life. The minute you run and go no contact is the minute your life begins again. If need be seek out professional help. Therapy is the best thing I did for myself. The best gift I gave to me! The abuse is so deep and overwhelming that having a professional guide you through the steps of the healing process is extremely beneficial! Just remember, there is great strength in asking for help. There is great lack and strength or no strength at all in putting on a mask and hiding behind the opinions of society and pretending that you are okay! As human beings we all witness A Time In our lives where we are not okay! Those that heal, move past, and move forward, and have a brighter future are those who ask for help and do the work that is needed through the help! A lapse in judgment allowed her back in after 3.5 years of no contact. She looked so pitiful I am her ONLY CHILD, being the mother of my own only child sucked me back in putting myself in her position of My Own child went “no contact” so I tried once again only to find out I’m still dealing with the same lying snake I’ve know all my life. It upsets me that at 64 I’m finally realizing ONCE AGAIN that my entire life has been sabotaged in every aspect. My home is worth $240k but since she now refuses to let go, I feel walking away is the healthiest thing I can do. She can’t sell my home without my signature unless I’m dead! Thanks to many awareness channels like this one, I can see that many narcissistic people are becoming desperate. I have seen a few them lashing out on random passerby for no reason at all, because they are unable to get their regular narcissistic supply. We have to keep this community strong. When I relocated closer to my daughter I was shocked at her physical and mental state. Ive experienced and lived thru the hell with those demons for 9 years. I know exactly what your saying and its no joke the demons in the narcissist are real. They try everyday to take your soul. You feel so drained you can actually feel your soul hurting so get away aa fast as you can and don't ever go back!!!

Normal folks spend YEARS trying to normalize and make sense of life with narc behaviors. Stay safe y'all and always ask yourself if what you're doing make sense for your own outcome. I made a half century of mistakes. Good was keeping my job after we married at age 20.., my bad was allowing retirement money spent on paying the bills at age 62. Now I'm stuck with no financial resources and the narc still has his locked down resources. I'm gonna dig my way out of this or die trying and I got an atty to help me try.. stay safe y'all and ALWAYS keep trying. If something doesn't 'FEEL' quite right then don't lay all of your cards on the table. 😇

I lost 2 adult children 8 months apart and he tore up all their pictures, urinated on what few items I had of theirs and opened my daughters urn! Of course I was "crazy" and "it wasn't me" was a constant reply. He was VERY physically abusive to the point of Choking me until I passed out and poisoning me. He broke my dogs back and refused to take him to the vet! The Police in 2 counties have done NOTHING!! He emptied out 2 10x20 storage rooms of MY 3 bedroom house and I have yet to find out what he did with MY belongings. It took 6 months and 4 attempts to finally get away after 12 years of abuse. I have been away for 5 months and receive multiple texts threatening to kill me. Police do nothing. Pure EVIL is an understatement.

Our pet dog sees him and barks at him every time. When we moved to another location, he said pets aren't allowed in the environment. We gave the pet to our vet. On getting to the new environment, we were neighbours to people who kept bigger dogs. He knew quiet far, so we would not get her again.

I once knew someone who said they walked around and had to fight the heaviness that you could cut with a knife and even though it was bright they felt as if they had a dark veil over their face. They were mentally, psychologically, physically and emotionally abused through threats of blackmail, extortion and even threats of sabotage and violence. If they questioned what was being done to them, they were told its all about family loyalty, and you wouldnt want to betray the family would you? This person was threatened to stop going to university because the narcissistic psychopath in their lives forbid them to go. This evil person physically blocked them from going to work and eventually they would lose their job because of constantly being late. They couldnt bathe or use the restroom indoors. They were completely, heavily controlled by one person. No one believed that this person was capable of such evil. When this person would reach out for help, no one would believe them because the narcissist was so charming. This person even in adulthood was completely controlled and their own family not only abandoned them but actually lied about them and stole from them saying they were the problem because the narcissist had them fooled and narcissistic psychopathy ran in their family. The ones who were not narcissistic psychopaths suffered horribly. So sad.

NM would rage. Her eyes were black and she would contort her body. She didn't look like a human being. When she was finished she wanted to pray. I had to get on my knees and bind down. I would get dizzy and couldn't stand up when she was finshed praying. I have no idea what she said about in her prayer's. This happened more than once. It happened many times

Emotional stress causes higher levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which can greatly increase one's appetite. I've found that in times of particularly high stress, I could be very hungry even directly after a big wholesome meal. In such cases I know that eating more is not going to satisfy me, so I need to try to calm down instead, it's better to focus on brushing my teeth and getting some rest (instead of eating more things).
