@@memebrain2177 No true. It was indeed rated Y-7 and there were definitely censors. There's just a whole TV Tropes page dedicated to "Getting Crap Past the Radar." It's ironically the last decade which allowed more PG rated shows such as Regular Show. I don't recall a PG rated show from the early 2000s other than maybe Naruto when it was on Toonami.
