The best revenge on a narcissist is to render them unworthy of it.

Being raised by narcissists is a set up for getting entangled with more narcissists as your life unfolds. What you say about the ego as the avenue the narcissist attacks through is a hundred percent true. ☮️❤️

You have to ignore them. Go cold on them.

Agree, narcs can never, ever get enough attention, so it's best to gray rock or completely cut off contact. The latter is better, but we all know that this is unrealistic in certain situations. Gray rock can work if you can't go complete no contact.

@@dontbelongherefromanother I've been cutting off HR and my bosses for 3 Weeks now. They feel uncomfortable with me doing that. But they ain't communicating about how they attacked me so many times in the past. Therefore, I withdraw myself until I start finding out answers.

True, I have a degree in Psychology, which clearly states that those with NPD are the result of childhood abuse and neglect; but why do others with a similar upbringing take a different route by being empathetic, caring, and respectful towards others?

Thanks so much, Craig. Sorry this happened to you. You are very courageous to make this video sharing what happened to you and how to learn through the experience. I appreciate and value what you said and will apply it for my own learning, too. Take care
