@@unj No it isn't. There are a number of interviews where the interviewee comments on how suddenly he went from talking normally with the person to being a character. Julian in the strokes interview says "it's cool how you were talking to us like a normal person before and now you're acting like this, i like it" and in the 90s henry rollins he makes a comment about it as well. I'm sure the real him has some similarities, but the whole point is he's "NARDWUAR" when he's doing the interviews, which is a character. He's not "John Ruskin" (his real name), who is a real person
