Dear Mr. Richard Gladle. If you refer to MX700 you cannot use hot metal because the tooling would break down. If you refer to punching, then it would cause effects on the material because the operation would distort the material

This is a fascinating and very useful/versatile machine; however, when bending 90 degree angles, there's no guard or guide to keep the bending surface perfectly square. I find that to be something negative as it could cost money to replace a part that has to be scrapped due to it not being square.

Of course you can work with stainless steel, but you always have to apply the punching calculation to know what is the maximum diameter you can make in each thickness of plate

What kind of metal is being used to be handled by hand so effortlessly.. 15mm thick bar so about 5/8's inch thick. So what is it, does the material have a low Yield and high tensile or is the person just really strong. I work with a lot of 1/4 to 7/16 inch steel master coils. And I understand how heavy just a little bit of scrap can be... so I was just wondering the material.
