This was definitely just a spoof. I will say while harsh, I think this did accurately depict how some viewed Sakura. I remember when Naruto was newer and I came across so many forms and reviews that thought Sakura wasn't an active character, she didn't contribute to anything, and so on.

Multiple people pointed out that the show isn't racist, so I'm not going to put any explanation there, the nuke in his belly is the nine tailed fox, a powerful beast you're immediately introduced to by the first episode, and just about everything else you'll understand if you ever get into the series. Pretty good anime, and prepare to have a good deal of empathy for quite a few characters.
