Except in some peoples cases crying is very painful, my tears are like acid to my eyes, it hurts really bad. But I have a dry eye problem, so the tears themselves burn me. Which sucks, I used to have a good cry once a month, it helps get all your sadness out, least imo. Can't really do that anymore, some episodes of shows are fine though, but damn.

When I mentioned holding in place, I was referring to Pain's Chibaku Tensei/Planetary Devastation jutsu, which enables him to attract a large amount of matter to a specific position, and then crush it together with extreme force to form a large sphere of all the material that was gathered at that position. He can use this to attract enemies to a specific position, and then hold them there whilst he seals/crushes them in a huge ball of material that he attracts from the surrounding area. Pain says that the sage of six paths used this jutsu to create the moon.

Pain The Best Antagonist in Anime History. And this arc is Goated because you can see The fear in people's faces due to pain's ruckus in the village. So masterpiece this moment, neither Itachi nor madara nor any other character beats Pain as a character, He's definitely The Best Written Creation of uncle kishimoto.
