The Senju Clan no longer exists as a clan because Tobirama asked them to mix up with the rest of the clans in the village so that people from different clans can look beyond the concept of their clan and think about the village as a whole. The Uchihas married within the clan to keep their bloodline pure and if the Senjus did the same then there won't be any point of creating a shinobi village in the first place. While it was the right decision, it's sad because the Senjus were the most powerful clan in the whole of Fire Nation. Kishimoto, the creator, makes this abundantly clear by making the Senjus the richest clan and only the most powerful shinobi clan can earn the most amount of money via mercenary work. In this episode and the previous one, you will notice that even no-name Senjus wear full body armour whereas the Uchihas who are claimed to be just as powerful and equal by all means hardly wear any armour. Young Haisharama, Tobirama and even Itama (who died) had full body armour that were made to fit their young bodies but full-grown adults from Uchihas barely wore any armour. Armour was costly during the Warring States era and it's not like the Uchihas were better without it because we see Izuna (Madara's brother) wear armour. When Madara could afford it, he made his younger brother wear armour because that's the one person he wanted to protect the most. Another example of the Senjus being rich is when the two clans finally decide to join forces, Madara is still in the same dark clothes whereas the Senju brothers dress in light colored silk kimonos and back in good old Japan only rich people could afford to wear light colored kimonos and not have to worry about getting them stained.

Woah this is actually really cool background info! Thanks for commenting! I definitely agree with the Senjus in that there wouldn't be a point to a village if they each stayed within their clans. But it would have been sick to see them in their full glory.
