Well there is a difference. And nine tails without a jinchuriki is weaker than if you have it inside of you cuz you get the power of the chakra and you also increase ur speed and durability and it’s easier to control. It’s mentioned in Kakashi Gaiden. When Kakashi tries to learn more about wood style after hus fight with young yamato. Then Hiruzen tells him that only Hashirama was able to use wood style and it has power to control tailed beasts. But Lord Hashirama died a natural death and since then leaf has tried to obtain that power but failed.

Also to clear your doubt! Hashirama’s death has never been revealed! Although in of of the Kakashi gaiden chapter where kakashi tries to learn about wood style after fighting Young yamato goes to forbidden buildings checks upon the wood style amd first hokage! Thats when 3rd Hokage catches him and says “Only Lord Hashirama could use wood style and its power can control all the tailed beast, However Lord Hashirama died a Natural Death.” And since then leaf has been trying to obtain that power. Soo that tells that Hashirama died a natural death as obviously there was no one who could kill him. And on why he died young! Soo here’s a thing. Hashirama could heal himself from anything. But if you remember in naruto og when Tsunade used it. It was mentioned that regenerative powers shortens the life span of the user. And thats what happened with Hashirama. He knew he was gonna die and thats why he was thinking about naming Madara the 2nd hokage as well(their conversation near the Uchiha stone tablet)in advance, because he knew his days were numbered.

11:28 there's still no concrete telling how Hashirama died. Some say he died of old age. Others say he died because of regeneration jutsu overuse, that took its toll to his body. That could be the case how Tobirama step in as the 2nd hokage. Him dying early contrasts the fact that Hashirama himself said he still met the young Tsunade and even passed his gambling habits to her.

Tobirama is awesome but people just complain that "hE's a RaciSt" lol. In fact, he's wary and paranoid of the Uchiha clan because he has spent half his life at war with them, and they rival with the Senju as the most powerful clans. He's one of, if not, the only non-Uchiha to actually understand how the Sharingan works and how it poses a threat through heightened emotions. And I mean he's not wrong considering 3 of the main antagonists of the series who wanted world domination were UCHIHA lol, his character is simply more stern because he was influenced by both Hahirama's and Madara's personalities. He is a G tho. He literally had every non-Kage in the room shitting themselves by lifting a single finger 😂
