Love my Narwal. Got it about a month ago. I agonized for months over all the bad reviews. But I really like that it cleans the mops many times. I see no point in just gliding a dirty pad over an already dirty floor. I had no problems even with my flakey internet Well, OK it doesn't divide the kitchen room the way I would like, but I can tolerate that. Does a great job cleaning and is super quiet.

But I have read negative reviews and two things worry me: 1) it needs to be close to the dock or charging base. Does that mean that it won’t clean other rooms? I don’t get it. 2) several people have complained that the pads dry very fast. Doesn’t the mop continually wets the pads while it is running? I don’t get it.

From Puerto Rico, thanks for explaining of how to use this vacuum

I was most excited about the Narwal, and it is still my favorite mopping robot to date, however the software is not good. I am disappointed that they have not fixed the issues with room division. That also remove furniture from the map making it hard to create no go zones and lines. It cost too much for these issues.

Yeedi (a sub-brand of Ecovacs) has a similar model to the Yeedi mop station.

I can’t find any reviews about your model and I’m interesting in buying it. Would you recommend the yeedi mop station? Does it mop and vacuum good? Thanks.

This is next on my list. But already have a roomba i7 (a dream), an ilife shinebot (cleans well but chore to empty and clean chamber) and a tineco mop (really good but not a robot). But the appeal of the Narwal is that it vacs and mops at the same time (not unique), HOWEVER it cleans itself!!!
@tarcisiasiniscalchi66412 жыл бұрын
No, you are mistaken. It does not vac and mop at the same time. It needs to do the two things separately.

Hi, Adam! Nice update. I have a question: In terms of pure cleaning ability, would you recommend this robot or Braava m6? Thank you.
@TacodanStMarys3 жыл бұрын
I had the m6, and it sucked. I’m looking into this robot now.

I have had the Braava Jet M6, it was great. It cleans very well, but I still get out the steam mop occasionally.
@djtommy18643 жыл бұрын
The M6 is great for average cleaning jobs but if you have rooms that have threshold areas for it to get over. Then you won't like the M6. it has a really hard time getting over any little bump between rooms. Even tho they added the Threshold feature it doesn't help much.

I’ve had the M6 twice and both time the nozzle would get clogged. I cleaned the filter and I even took it apart. It’s still broke
@arevee94292 жыл бұрын
@@rochelled561 Maybe stick to distilled water. I use mine a lot and only run it with distilled water and haven't had any nozzle clogging. That's not to say that I think it's great, but the nozzle hasn't been a problem.

Does the Narwal have any threshold issues ? I know that was one huge negative with many mopping robots . Especially with the Irobot M6
@AdamsReviews3 жыл бұрын
No it will drive over them.

I purchased one and I regret making the purchase because the pad dries very fast and most of the times is not even napping mopping and just running around with the dry pad, there's no option on the app to make it go and wash more frequently, I emailed the tech support and they said that's how it is suck it up buttercup!
