From my understanding: 1. The Restrict Airflow option is the spec used for Superspeedways like Daytona and Talladega. 2. The default option is what it is in real life for most speedways. 3. The No Restrictor Plate option brings the car closer to 2010 specs.

I've noticed it only slightly better than the Forza Motorspot 7's NASCAR pack but still has issues like the hood flap animations in drafts only work at Daytona tri ovel any other track they turn off. It's not bad and glad it was free and not paid cause it's not the best add-on but has brought me back to the game.

Rusty Wallace did an unrestricted test at Talladega in ‘04 reaching a top speed of 242 mph so I’m sure the current car at full power and unrestricted could do that. I believe back then they produced between 750-800hp unrestricted.
