Its like NASCAR’s officiating, it’s all inconsistent. I’ve had so many videos either get claimed or not and have done everything in my power to avoid it. But I guess I can deal with it since I can’t get monetized anyways

Don't lose hope, you can get it even if you don't hit 1k subs. My thing is... it seems like they did it on purpose. I can imagine a mistake, but it's definitely coincidental in a big way.

you see that larson name on the list there. his brand is basically owned by nascar, so nascar may not own the rights to your video however they do have the rights to racing done containing their drivers and sponsers. espeically since hendrick just signed that contract that lets nascar have their Intellectual Property belong to nascar. ur video isnt special mate.

If it was because of the larson name than the entire video would be claimed (as opposed to a small clip) since his name is constantly on the scoring pylon the entire time, so that can't be it
