Throw the caution as soon as the incident happened. The car was buried and not coming out of there under its own power. These officiating calls are just getting more and more ridiculous. Instead, in order to manufacture drama, they waited to the last possible moment to throw the caution so people were second guessing the calls. Pass was fair and thus fair play to the winner.

I was never a fan of the Roval and the changes Nascar made to the track are complete dog 💩. Too many “chance” races in the playoffs. It’s more about luck now. Put the Roval back at Daytona for the summer race and save the owners some money with less wrecks.

Sad finish. NASCAR, what you should do for the roadcources for this not to happen, is put a line 20 feet from the actual start/finish line so if its 2 laps to go the leader has to cross it to actually win.
