Mixed sauce ( kuah campur ) Flooded sause ( kuah banjir ) Other dish for nasi kandar you can try Chicken onion ( ayam bawang ) Honey chicken ( ayam madu ) Soya sause chicken @ beef ( daging @ ayam masak kicap ) Black beef ( daging hitam )

If its nasi kandar they automatically will give you sauce but if its just nasi campur or mix rice then you have to request for the gravy. Every restaurant will have their own menu. For me the good thing about nasi campur restaurants is that you get to choose what you want yo eat. You should try eating nasi campur chinese version. Totally different menu. Always my favourite choice. And don't have to worry about spiciness.

Teh 'O' ais or teh ais kosong. 'O' = '0' = zero = empty = kosong . The tea is 'kosong' or without milk or add on. Coz in Malaysia they just called tea for milk tea. Teh tarik, teh ais (with milk). Ice lemon tea or teh 'O' ais limau. Also can be shorten to teh ais limau coz there's no milk tea with lemon.

Nasi beriani we don't add sauce. With white rice yes they add sauce, but with Nasi Beriani some people like it plain, because the sause destroys the flavor of the nasi beriani. Also sauce and nasi beriani is a bit overpowering for me. A really good nasi beriani, I will just eat it plain.

The only way I'd brave d causeway queues is for jackfruit curry. Its delicious! Rojak we have in sg- fruit n veg salad. At least try a banana fritter. I sonder if they still have dnbananas with huge seeds. Thry elr mashed n mixed eirlth flour n deep fried. There is no other wwy ro get thwt variety in recent years. I hope stock not gone, a lot of varieties to disease.

@@dananna8614 nasi lemak, then nasi briyani, nasi minyak, nasi tomato, then nasi ayam, nasi kukus, then nasi dagang, nasi kerabu, then nasi goreng, then nasi campur in between all d nasi., nasi ulam ayam percik n much more, nasi kandar, nasi dhal etc.Hainanese chicken rice... my favorite is roasted chicken / lamb biryani cos its the most expensive rice dish....and i can eat more all the time

🤣I call them ‘booby trap’ too..they can really spoil the whole meal if you bite on them…Well in terms of spiciness i think it depends on the restaurant itself..but from what i know Malay cuisine tends to get the heat from fresh herbs like bird eyes chilies while Indian cuisine use lots of spices…Chinese do have nasi campur too..like in Penang here they call economy rice and they look mild…but on average i would say Malaysian cuisines are mostly spicy and we love spicy food..😉
