The blue colour is from a flower called bunga telang, and the flower is naturally blue colour. So no artificial colouring added, just pure natural.

This is from what i know: nasi kerabu - the words kerabu come from Malay words meaning mix of herbs and ulam. famous in kelantan just mix it all for better taste

Most of foreigner doesn't mix nasi, maybe their culture is different from people living in south. Arab, india and malay mixed Rice with lauk pauk when eating but people Who live in 4 season country don't do that

It tastes better if u mix the rice with all the veggies & condiments..but i get it when both of u said that u were avoiding sambal & corriander..just eat the way u like..teh madu the madu means honey so thats why it is sweeter than regular teh ais 😊

u get the real taste of nasi kerabu after mixing all the thing except sambal and telur masin (salted egg,) then try added a little bit of sambal and salted egg a pinch to your liking and it will tastes better

Nasi Kerabu oishii 🤤 i'm sure this is legit & authentic Kelantanese Restaurant...maybe next time try their other menu like Nasi Dagang, Nasi Berlauk Daging Kerutuk & many more...the kuih or dessert on the table also good & many varieties 😁

Next... my fav breakfast other than nasi lemak... is Nasi Dagang, eastern peninsular food 😁 or try to find Lemang, rice in bamboo... quite hard to find except during Hari Raya month

My suggestion if u want find ori and authentic nasi kerabu go to kelantan..in other place they only use coluring food to rice ..amd in kelantan some place use colouring from flower to make colour to rice..nasi kerabu please find a authentic place...

​@@koandmiit's called 'bunga telang' or telang flower. Easy to plant but needs shade. You can also make a delicious drink by adding lemon and honey or sour plum - the drink will be blue of course 😂

Recommend and comment. Tht look normal.there ayam penyet,all sort of ayam goreng,kerabu mangga,kuey tew ladna,nasi goreng sotong,nasi goreng thai.tht the normal one. But if dare to try the expensive one try nasi kandar.but never take the big things big prawns,big meats and others.please ask the price first for each big dish.or else it can go to as much as over rm 100 per person.usually rm 20-rm 35 per person. If like to eat crabs go to taman megah.fatty crab restoran.should be near ur place. Enjoy urself in malaysia.😊😊😊😊😊

I wouldn't recommend ayam penyet to them as it can be pretty dry and there's only the super spicy sambal as condiment and a little vegetable. but if they just want to try the ayam without the rest of the meal, why not.

@@koandmi Next time ask them not to put vegetable in your meal. Just simply say “I’m not vegetarian”. But more specific , you can say “I’m flexitarian” … thats will safe your meal man..🤗😂😂
