This shows the importance of sticking to high protein when in a caloric deficit for sure. 33:29 Menopausal women should maintain slightly higher protein (excellent to know this!). Thank you!! 34:02 Seniors and protein. 38:46 🦴 Bone Density 39:57 Kidneys 41:31 🏋️‍♀️ Protein consumption window after working out. You should investigate higher protein intake during calories restriction vs maintenance calories. There will be a stark difference whereby your claim that 1.6g per kg is enough no longer applies and more protein is useful

Is it true that it is best to cycle through which proteins you're using? (In regards to supplements....)

From a logical perspective, there shouldn't be any difference given that the protein intake is ultimately always going to result in amino acids. Amino acids are uniform so regardless of the source they will function the same once absorbed. You can still cycle proteins if you like but the only group benefitting would be the manufacturers.
