Natacha at 9:14: “At the start of 2023, I had a ton of fitness goals I wanted to hit. The hundred miles being one of them. And I didn’t hit any of them.” Even when your content isn’t inspiring people, it’s at least relatable, because that’s the most relatable fitness thing anyone could ever say. Also, don't feel bad about your "Happiness" video. If it makes you feel any better (it won't), I've been working on a video since last June that I can't get right either. It just illustrates how much more complex the human mind is than any capabilities we have to express everything within.

One of your best, most relaxing and calm videos. Nice to see realness, rawness and honesty. Let’s be honest with ourselves; we can’t prioritize our training always or in 100% in all phases of our lives. Instead, keeping it balanced and simple is so important. So glad to see that happening in big and impactful channels like yours!❤

Hey Natacha! I just felt like I needed to add a comment saying how much you are inspiring me right now. Since late December and early January, but more so the past two months, I have been struggling so much with my training and nutrition. My well-being has been terrible and I have remained so vulnerable. It just seemed like one horrible event after another-injuries, being forced to remain immobile and not go to my running club (losing my sport), death within my family, losing friends, discovering other friends are fake, bingeing, restricting, self abuse…I’ve felt uncomfortable in my body and how I’ve been treating myself-basically, I’ve just felt like absolute shit 😅. BUT, even though I’m only 10 minutes into your video, you are starting to inspire me to do better. To ease myself back into training (cross training since I’m still injured), try to treat myself better and fuel my body in the right way. So…thank you. For taking the time and putting in the work to create videos such as these. You are an inspiration, truly. I hope you find much happiness and fulfillment in your journey, as I wish the same for mine. I’m going to try my absolute hardest to find my peace and success. Sending love from Canada ❤

I really love to see the realness of the process of learning. You and Mario look so busy all the time, and in hustle culture I don't think people talk enough about how much time is spent just sitting, learning, and practicing before the finished result! I find myself oftentimes feeling guilty for how much time I'm taking to produce something I'm newly learning how to create.
@natachaoceane8 ай бұрын
I think that’s a really interesting take and I completely agree with you. Expecting quick results and a quick explanation for everything feels like it’s become so common but good things take a lot of time! Please don’t feel guilty for taking it (: It takes me a tonne of time to produce too. In another video I said I don’t have much natural talent, that anything I’ve ever done like good grades or whatever else is literally just persistence and (lovingly!) people said that’s not true wanting to protect me from what might seem like a harsh thing to say about myself. But it’s true, and I don’t believe being honest is being harsh. So much practice + patience is the recipe for me too, so we’re just the same! 🤍

So happy you’re back. You’ve been one of my biggest fitness inspirations for ages because I love your attitude towards setbacks and not meeting goals 🖤

I’ve been saving this video! I’m doing a half marathon in two weeks (been nursing a hip) and I’m actually stoked to switch to training strength and recovering!
