Your gurugossip thread is basically one of the nicest pages. Barely anybody bashing her (apart from the one who thinks she's rich) and people are more constructive than hateful. To be fair I lurk on there to tell them about how Natacha's Cut and Move has been effective for me and to rant about her lashes and too much food content (sorry lol). But imo Natacha is really one of the fitspos with no BS content. She helped me a lot with my body issues through emphasizing focusing on performance rather than physique. I am not regretting supporting her workout programs at all. They seriously work and are very motivating ❤️❤️❤️

I saw this Tony Robbins video a long time ago, he says the way we say things (tone, facial expressions) can keep someone listening or tuned out. I just want to say, I find all of your videos about food, or talking about how much you eat etc, to be so helpful in breaking up the almost constant diet culture I see alllll the time. I used to be anorexic and still struggle with food, so your videos about intuitive eating and what you're currently eating are so helpful to me. Don't feel the need to change because of one person's opinion! People will take what you say differently according to where they're coming from. Maybe for someone who hasn't experienced a disordered relationship with eating, your videos come off as "I'm a cool girl I eat stuff" but for those of us who have, seeing someone eat things that might scare us and have a more moderate relationship with food helps!

I know this comment is late to the game, but i LOVE your attitude about food. People in general have such an unhealthy attitude about it, i love that you show that you eat overall healthy, but don't refuse yourself the delicious treats either. I think that's an incredibly healthy attitude, and they seem to forget we're watching your channel for fitness and health, which includes food.
