Your videos have helped me so much! I have learned so many things from them! I am literally binge watching. lol. Before I use to do HIIT basically everyday and I would train 7 days a week. I have no clue how I'm still alive. I was wondering what type of exercises/workouts should I be doing in a week and how long should each workout be?

This is literally the best fucking health, body, exercise, diet channel that exists on KZbin. Like i can almost not believe you are real. Natacha - just wanna say thank you - after a decade of restriction, binging and yoyo dieting I am now comfortably maintaining on 2,100 calories at 5'3" and your videos were instrumental to me working through my fear of food and towards a balanced relationship with it. You inspired me to explore different training styles to find what I love and exercise (which used to be a chore) is now something I genuinely look forward to. So many thanks!

Hi Olivia, I'm in a very similar position and am just wondering how you went about achieving where you currently are/how long it took? I've recently stopped almost all cardio and am trying to get into weights but don't have access to a gym. I also worry I've damaged my already low metabolism and don't know if I should go back to eating the normal maintenance rate for my demographic or work back up to it slowly? (Eating it might serve as a calorie surplus allowing me to build muscle) Would really appreciate any advice!

I love the quote “you deserve to be happy and if you’re not work towards it/ find it” I use to struggle with that ALOT. After I started working out, eating healthy, seeing progress in performance and changes in myself, I’m always happy. I use to be in the state of being extremely down everyday, no motivation to do anything which led me not to care about anything at all. Until I started watching your videos and decided to make a change in my life ❤️

That was SO helpful! I basically use a calorie counting app and it tells me to eat 1200 calories a day and I'd weigh like 5-6 kilos less...this has not worked. Like at all! I've stayed the exact same for 3months so thanks!

I started with a personal trainer about 10 years ago after I had my baby and gained a bunch of weight. The first thing she had me do was keep a food journal. Her response when she saw it, “you’re not eating nearly enough calories”. As soon as I upped my calories, I started losing weight. It was the strangest thing. I was also training really really hard. 3 times a week with her and 3 times a week on my own.

Literally just experienced this with my PT! I started with him about 6 weeks ago and realised that I was only eating around 1000-1100 calories a day (unintentionally) from previous restrictive eating practices. The amount of cms (I don’t track weight) I’ve lost since then is amazing! Food is great for your body and it needs more

Can I ask why you're eating only 1000 calories? If it's to lose weight that's quite too much. If 2000 calories is the reccomend and you cut a few hundred and eat 1600 calories a day. You would naturally lose like 1 or 2 lbs a week. 1000 cals though.. you won't gain any muscle. In fact, you'll lose it all. Not trying to be mean I just dont get the reason behind such little calories

Sinful Sara it's an eating disorder. But like I said, Natacha is helping me a lot and I'm recovering from 500 kcal a day and I've upped it to 1000, I'm taking baby steps to make sure I don't relapse x

Hey, so I used to experience that as well. And I can only speak from personal experience. I think the first step is realising that you do that. For the longest time I just didn't realise. Second is when you're feeling really emotional or upset let yourself feel whatever. I used food as a coping mechanisms because I didn't want to deal with my emotions. It's a lot of trial and error.

I’m 42 and have just started following you on here and Instagram. I feel you are relatable to any age group and I think you are fab and Mario too. I started my fitness journey 4 and a half years again and still going but instead of HIIT, cardio I mainly do heavy weights now. Well in the past 4 weeks I’ve finally graduated to a barbell and payed for a one to one session with a weight trainer to get my form right. Please keep doing what you are doing. 😀👊🏻

This was an AMAZING Q&A! I loved every response you had. I will say, the 80/20 rule is definitely a toughie because it can be applied differently: daily, weekly, or monthly for sure! I guess it depends on what works best for you. Treat yourself when you need to, but eat wholesomely for most of the time!

I just wanted to say I’m anorexic and not recovered at all for now I eat around 200 cals a day and then fast for 4 days but I start to think about recovery because I can feel that I’m slowly dying and I’m done with all this but it’s very hard. Anyway the reason that I’m starting to think about recovery is you, you’re amazing really and you’re helping me so much mentally and I hope I will find the strength to recover 💞

I still struggle with losing weight on 1200 calories a day unless I work out intensely at least 3-4 times a week. You really do inspire me to eat more to power my workouts but it’s really difficult considering that it took me 2 months to lose 2kgs on 1200... I count my calories accurately and I’m not underweight. You’re really what I strive to be physically and mentally one day!

I know this is a late answer, but you need to increase your calories. I've went from eating 1000 calories a day to 1500 a day (still increasing and on my journey) and I've lost 2 kg since i started increasing. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

You’re such an inspiration to me, I’m struggling with binge eating, and I’ve been going on so many diets it’s so terrible. I hate the relationship I have with food. I’ve been eating 800-1200 calories a day and I saw your video about how you actually should increase your calories to build muscle (which I’m trying to do) Watching your videos has really helped me, I’m trying to gain muscle and increase my calories to 1700. its hard so far, but i hope I can do it!
