Wow, your videos are amazing! Just today, before you uploaded this one, I was wondering how the ignition system works. I have a 2018 Kymco Agility 50 Euro4 scooter, which originally was limited to 25 km/h. I changed the bushing on the variator, but it still won’t go faster than about 45 km/h because the Euro4 Dellorto ECU cuts off the spark at that speed. Your video provided so much useful information for me on switching from my restriced ecu to an AC CDI. It was exactly what I needed! Thanks for the great content!

Good to know so that when my scooter engine decides to not work for some reason hopefully it wouldn't be a problem with the piston itself hopefully it's just that one control module that I can replace stick at the engine running again, typically happens during the winter 😒

на моем еще защита стояла от превышения оборотов заднего колеса тоесть скорости. там датчик стоял на колоколе.с проводом.походу пропуск зажигания давал при превышении скорости. даже под гору спускатся скутер как за жопу держит.

Здравствуй автор. Есть скутер на моторе 139qmb. Хочу поставить светодиодные фары. На прямую от замка зажигания, не получилось, аккумулятор садиться быстее чем заряжается. Нужны переделки в генераторе и видимо устновка нешунтирующего реле. Я в начале думал, что установка второго реле создаст вторую сеть потоянного тока для фар, но сейчас понял, что второе шунтирование задушит генератор.

Высаживают не только они, при подключении пульта управления светом, приборка которая имеет лампы обычные автоматом перевелась тоже на постоянку. Ну там прям реально, минут 30 покатушек и акум разряжен. Приборку конечно переведу на диоды, чуть позже, хочу разобраться с этой нестабильной ситуацией с борт сетью

Idle spark on exhaust. Four strokes are two revolutions of the crankshaft, these are two pulses from an inductive sensor

Bonjour j'ai un tornado 250 utility 2015.Meme chose que le colemen ou le sector J'aimerai savoir si vous aviez déjà entendu parler d'un problème qui suit. La machine part très bien . elle roule numéro un pour 20-25 minute puis elle s'éteint. J'attend 1 ou 2 minute et elle repart très bien pour un autre 20-25 minute. Elle a 865 kilo alors comme neuve. Ne prend pas d'huile , ne chauffe pas et tout les filtre changer .On parle sur les forum de la bougie quand elle vient chaude elle coupe l'étincelle ou du tuyau et bouchon a gaz pour que le réservoir prenne son air. Peut etre ajustement de carbu mais celon moicest plus une affaire électrique puisqu'il fonctionne tres bien avant qu'il séteint. J'avai pense le capteur de pression d'air ou quelque chose du genre. Je continue mes teste et J'attend votre avis svp . alors ce nest pas un probleme de gaz et de carbu car il est a injection . cest vraiment le feu qui coupe apres 25-30 minute vérifier avec un testeur d'allumage en direct . bobine et cdi neuf . reste le stator et ecu ?

Current cannot be measured with a conventional multimeter. The voltage was measured with a Chinese oscilloscope. For some reason the voltage level is about 5 volts. Although the generator winding is wound with a thin wire. There are a lot of turns there, and logically there should be more than 5 volts.
