Well...first off the ARB requires air to actuate.....obvious I know but that involves installing onboard air and running airlines and such. The great thing about onboard air is you also have the ability to air up your tires after running trails and such. Regular ol lockers are quite a bit cheaper (depending on brand) than a full on ARB setup. Running that size tire with the 3 speed auto....you're going to need to re-gear. Some would say don't even bother messing with the Dana 35 rear axle. Not sure if that is in the budget as a whole new axle assembly can get expensive. On 37's I would go straight for a Dana 60 but again...that depends on what you're doing. My 95 is on 33's and I have 4.56's in the axles but mine is a FSR runner and not really a wheeling rig. Going up 6 inches you're need to consider your driveline angles. A double cardan joint driveshaft would go a long ways to alleviating driveline vibration. You also might want to consider a slip yoke eliminator kit for the NP231 T-case. Just some things to consider.

Love those rims, what brand and model are they? I’d like to go to 35s but I don’t want to push my Dana 30\35 currently on the Jeep. Might have to settle for 33 for now. I’m like you, don’t see us doing a ton of crazy off-roading but would like to have the option and not worry about breaking stuff.
Thanks for watching ! 33 is not a bad size, depending on your lift. The d30 can be built up pretty nice with crhomoly axles and center disconnect delete, but the d35 is not worth building up in my opinion, but that not to say it wont handle 33s, just don't go bigger on a d35.
